You have to have a reservation dog grooming and boarding. An appointment is not required for doggy daycare and nail trims.
For everyone’s safety, dogs must be up-to-date on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella. Cats must have current Rabies and FVRCP vaccinations. Proof of vaccination is required before your pet’s first visit.
Absolutely! We love showing new clients our clean, safe, and comfortable spaces. Call us to schedule a tour during business hours.
Yes — for safety and comfort, we group pets by size, play style, and temperament. Cats always have their own quiet, dog-free areas.
Your pet’s safety is our top priority. In the rare event of an emergency, we’ll contact you immediately and seek veterinary care with your preferred vet or a trusted local clinic. If attempts fail we will take your pet to our primary Veterinarian.
We offer full-service grooming including baths, haircuts, breed-specific styling, de-shedding, nail trims, ear cleaning, and more.
Yes — from tiny Yorkies to giant Newfoundlands, we have the tools and experience for every breed and coat.
No, pet owners are not permitted in the grooming areas. This is a common cause of pet stress during the grooming process.
Sedation is not used during grooming unless specifically administered by the owner. Restraints are utilized in the form of leash or harness. Muzzles are utilized if needed for the staff member's protection. Gentle handling, patience, and positive reinforcement help keep your pet calm and comfortable.
Let us know! We offer hypoallergenic and oatmeal shampoos, and we’ll work with you to choose the safest products for your dog’s needs.
Yes — choose between a fun-filled half day or a full day of supervised play.
Yes — our trained staff monitor playgroups 100% of the time.
We recommend bringing your dog’s regular food to keep their diet consistent, but we can provide meals upon request.
Puppies over 14 weeks with completed second round of vaccinations are welcome.
Check-in is from 7:30am to 5:30pm and check-out is by 7:30am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday. Check-in and drop offs are from 7:30am to 8:00am and 4:30pm to 5:00pm on Saturday and Sunday. Late pickup may be available with notice at an additional charge.
Absolutely — familiar items help your pet feel at home. Ruff and Fluff is not responsible for damaged or lost items.
We’re happy to feed either your pet’s food or our premium in-house food at an extra charge.
Yes — all boarding guests receive daily exercise and enrichment.
Yes — we can send you text or email updates with photos so you can see how much fun they’re having.
Yes — as long as they get along well, siblings can share a suite.
We can administer medications as directed and are experienced in caring for pets with special needs.
